I am a sex-positive, body-positive, LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist. My goals are to provide a safe, judgment-free space for individuals, to successfully work to reduce stress, anxiety and depression; to strengthen friendships and relationships at work and at home; to resolve grief, past traumas, and internal conflict; to modify negative thinking and self-destructive behaviors; to build self-esteem; and to help improve one’s overall quality of life experiences. My approach is holistic and includes mindfulness- based interventions.
